Mia's surgery went well. The recovery room part was a little rough. She had a hard time waking up from the anesthesia. She screamed bloody murder and was kicking and crying. I wasn't expecting this part. It's hard on your heart when your child is in distress. I know it was necessary and now we are on our way to a full recovery. The doctor said he was pleased with the outcome. She has some swelling and bruising, but overall looks really good. We go back for a check up in about a week. Won't share any pictures for now.
